COD is available nationwide.
To support logistics for long-distance deliveries and reduce losses caused by failed deliveries and unserious customers, some orders require a small delivery confirmation deposit.

₦20,000 – ₦40,000 (depending on location tier)

₦40,000 – ₦100,000 (depending on distance, weight & security risk)

•Tier 1 (Lagos): Usually no deposit required
•Tier 2: Nearby low-risk states → lower deposit
•Tier 3: Mid-distance states → moderate deposit
•Tier 4: Far-distance or high-risk locations → higher deposit
🔒 The confirmation deposit is deducted from the total amount payable on delivery.
⚠️ Deposits become non-refundable once dispatch begins.

Physical & Cosmetic Issues

•Dents, bends, or cracks
•Chipped edges or paint peel
•Signs of tampering or repairs
Other Exclusions
•Water or liquid damage
•Power surge or charging damage
•Software issues caused by third-party apps
•Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
⚠️ Any device with visible physical damage, scratches, or screen damage automatically voids the warranty.
After warranty expiration, we may assist with repairs (customer covers cost).
