•Defective or Incorrect Items:If confirmed defective or incorrect upon delivery, we provide free pickup and replacement at no extra cost.👉 We do not carry out repairs; we only replace items that meet our warranty conditions.•Refunds (Rare Cases):Refunds are generally not available at Idfinestores. For these, Idfinestores provides a 30-day warranty covering:•Factory defects such as device not powering on, motherboard failure, or battery not charging (factory-related).•Replacement applies only if the product is returned in good condition with no scratches, no cracked/broken screen, and no misuse signs.Not Covered by Idfinestores Warranty:•Cracked, broken, or scratched screens.•Screen problems of any kind (discoloration, touch issues, cracks).•Stop-charging issues caused by misuse, liquid damage, or burnt boards.•Faults from mishandling, power surges, or unauthorized repairs.•Software issues from tampering, rooting, or jailbreaking.For issues outside warranty, Idfinestores will guide you with repair options through trusted partners.•Refurbished & Used Items:Fully tested before delivery but not covered by warranty, except for damage during shipping. ⸻
